Q: Does NickiStash™ sell nicotine pouches?
A: Nope! NickiStash™ does not sell nicotine pouches. We sell the pouch for your pouches. Think of us like a mama kangaroo. Just for clarification, we are also not selling kangaroos. For more information about nicotine-related questions or to purchase products containing nicotine, contact your favorite nicotine brand.
Q: Can I wash my NickiStash™ pouch?
A: Absolutely! We recommend rinsing your silicone NickiStash™ pouch in warm, soapy water and air drying.
Q: Is NickiStash™ the pouch to rule all pouches?
A: I guess you could say that. In fact, tell your friends. It will make their day.
Q: Does NickiStash™ ship to my state?
A: Yes, if you live in the United States since we currently ship orders to all 50 states. Please note, if you live in Hawaii or Alaska, shipping rates and times may vary.
Q: How quickly will I receive my NickiStash™ order?
A: It depends on the shipping option you selected. We are a small business and each order makes our day, so it’s all hands on deck to get orders out the door ASAP. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days, then your package is on its way to you (the shipping time you selected begins after your order has been processed and shipped).
Q: Will I be able to track my NickiStash™ order?
A: Yes, you will receive a USPS tracking number after your order has been packed and shipped. You will be able to track your order directly through USPS.
Q: Can I cancel my NickiStash™ order?
A: Potentially, order cancellation requests are handled on a case by case basis. If you decide that you would like to cancel the order you placed, please email us as soon as possible at support@nickistash.com. We will try to accommodate, but given that we try to ship orders quickly, it may be too late to cancel your order.
Q: What happens if my NickiStash™ order arrives damaged or is lost?
A: Well that’s not what we want! If the product you ordered arrives damaged or if your order is lost in delivery transit, email us at support@nickistash.com. Damaged or lost orders will be handled on a case by case basis and may require photos of delivered item(s), confirmation of mailing address, etc.
Q: Can I return my NickiStash™ order?
A: If you are sure that you don’t want to keep your pocket’s new best friend, we offer a 30-day return window. That means you have 30 days after your item(s) was delivered to request a refund and ship your item(s) back to us. You will be responsible for the cost to ship items back to us. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in new condition - unused and in its original packaging. To request a refund, email us at support@nickistash.com. Refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis and may require photos of the item(s) no longer wanted, reason for returning, etc. If your refund request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. Shipping costs to and from you will not be refunded. Your original payment method will be refunded for the items approved for return within 14 business days or receiving your returned item(s), but it may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund. If return items are not received within 14 days after the 30 day return window, your credit card will be charged for the item(s) in the approved refund.
