Information that You directly submit to Us through Our Website may include:

Standard Identifying Information.  Standard identifying information is information that identifies You, such as Your name, age, billing address, shipping address, mailing address, telephone number, or email address.  We will ask You to provide standard identifying information when You submit an Order on Our Website, create an Account, subscribe to Our mailing lists, contact Us with a question or concern, or participate in other activities when You visit Our Website.  

Account Information. When You create an Account, We will collect Your login credentials such as user ID and password.

Shopping Information.  When You shop on Our Website, We collect information about search queries, viewing history, and items put into Your cart or added to Your wishlist.

Purchase Transaction Information.  We collect details of transactions that You carry out through Our Website and of the fulfillment of Your Orders, including name, payment confirmation, email address, delivery information (e.g., billing, shipping, and delivery addresses) that You provide when You purchase Our Products. Please note that We use a third-party vendor to process Your payment and will only capture and store the last four (4) digits of Your payment card information.  Your payment information is transmitted to Us in a manner that helps maintain the privacy of this information.  

Customer Support Information. When You have an inquiry or engage with Our customer support team, we collect information necessary to allow Us to assist You, such as Your name, contact information, Order history, and communications You choose to share with Us.

User Generated Content. You may post Feedback and other user-generated content.  If You choose to submit user generated content to Our Website or social media, this content will become public and accessible by anyone.  We may also use or share Your Feedback and other user-generated content on Our Website or social media accounts to promote Our Products.  Please note that We do not control who will have access to Your user-generated content when You post it on third-party sites and cannot ensure that third parties will be responsible for maintaining the security or accuracy of Your user generated content.

Who We Share Your Information With

We do not rent or sell Your personal information.  We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about You.  However, We may share Your personal information to the following categories of recipients.

Business Partners.  We may share personal information with Our business partners who otherwise process personal information for purposes described in this Privacy Policy, such as processing and fulfillment of Orders, advertising and marketing partners, research partners, and consultants, or who are otherwise disclosed to You when We collect Your personal information.  Such business partners include, but are not limited to, Shopify, Shop, Stripe, the United States Postal Service, and/or Our other packaging and shipping fulfillment vendors with whom We have a contractual relationship with.
