Shipping & Return Policy

If You would like to learn about Our processing and shipping, or if You are not completely satisfied with Your NickiStash™ purchase, We invite You to review this policy on shipping and returns. This Shipping & Return Policy is part of Our Terms of Service.

The following terms are applicable for any Products that You purchased with Us. NickiStash™ does not offer returns on items purchased outside of Our Website. For NickiStash™ products purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact the dealer directly for its shipping and return policy. 


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Shipping & Return Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this agreement) refers to Modern Family Business LLC and its brand NickiStash™.
  • Order(s) mean a request by You to purchase Products from Us.
  • Products refer to the goods and services offered for sale on Our Website.
  • Website refers to Our NickiStash website, accessible from https://nickistash.com/, along with all features and functionalities thereof. 
  • You (referred to as either "You” or "Your" in this Shipping & Return Policy) means the individual accessing or using the Website for purchasing Our Products, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website or purchasing Our Products, as applicable.


Order Processing 

Subject to Our review and acceptance of Your Order, Your Order will be normally processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving Your Order. Your Order will be shipped after it has been processed.  However, there may be times where We experience delays beyond Our control and We are not responsible for any such delays. 


Order Shipping 

We currently ship Orders via USPS to all 50 states within the United States. If Your Order is shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, shipping rates and times may exceed those of the 48 contiguous states.  

When placing Your Order, You may have the option to select the shipping rate and time for Your Order. We offer free standard shipping for Orders over $65. 

Shipping Rates:

  • The shipping rate for Your Order will be calculated during the checkout process before You confirm payment. Shipping rate is calculated based on a combination of the following factors: weight, size, shape, shipping address, and delivery speed.  

Delivery Speed Estimates (48 contiguous states):

  • USPS Priority Shipping: Your Order is estimated to be delivered within 1-3 business days after shipping.

After Your Order has shipped, You will receive an email with the tracking number for Your Order. You will then be able to track Your Order via the USPS website


Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation for Your Order without giving any reason for doing so. However, a cancellation request does not guarantee that Your Order will be canceled and We are unable to cancel an Order once it has been shipped.

Order Damage Or Loss 

If Your Order is lost in transit to the address You provided during checkout, or if Your Order arrive damaged, please email Us at support@nickistash.com or by contacting Us through Our Website. Damaged or lost Orders may require You to provide Us with photos of delivered item(s), confirmation of mailing address, or other relevant information to help Us verify Your identity and determine how to best resolve the issue. 


Order Returns & Refunds

You are entitled to return Products that You purchased within 30 days of the delivery of Your Order. Free gifts from Us are not eligible for return. 

The deadline to return an Order is 30 days from the date on which Your Order was delivered. You have 30 days after Your Order was delivered to request a refund and ship Your Products back to Us. You will be responsible for the cost to ship Products back to Us. 

To request a refund, email Us at support@nickistash.com or by contacting Us through Our Website. Refund requests may require You to provide Us with photos of the Products no longer wanted, reason for returning, etc. In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The Products were purchased in the last 30 days;
  • The Products are in the original packaging;
  • The Products were not used or damaged;
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase; and
  • We receive the Products within 30 days of their delivery to Your shipping address.  

If Your refund request is approved, We will provide You with the return shipping address. You will be responsible to package, address, and ship Your Products back to Us. Shipping costs to and from Your shipping address will not be refunded. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the return Products. It may take Your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and, except for any return shipping costs, You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. In the event that You paid with a prepaid gift card, Your refund will be reimbursed with a NickiStash gift card. If return Products are not received within the 30 day return window, Your refund request approval may be reversed and You might not receive a refund. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof of received return delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Products that do not meet the above return conditions in Our sole discretion.
